Paul Davis bringing his renowned presentation to Hidden Valley on April 4 – it’s free to attend

Child luring, money laundering and cheque fraud, incessant bullying, and the list goes on of online dangers in the time of instant gratification, social media addiction, and a increasingly digital world.

Social Media and Cyberbullying Educator Paul Davis has spent the better part of a decade speaking at schools – to kids and adults – about how to best navigate these threats. As of December 2023, Davis had spoken to 840,000 students and 90,000-plus parents.

He has also been invited to speak at corporate events, to police and armed forces personnel, and TEDx.

A father of two and an IT/Cyber professional, Davis is able to relate to both the kids and adults with a wealth of targeted information so every individual can leave feeling empowered by their new found knowledge.

And he’s received rave reviews for his efforts both in person, through web testimonials, and on his own social media accounts.

One Huntsville mom, Kandis, has been at Davis’ local speaking engagements twice in the past few years.

“What impacted me the most is learning about what Instagram does to young girls,” she says. “That was the scary one for me . . . Paul Davis opened my eyes to what the online world is really like for our children.”

Having seen the positive educational and emotional impact for both parents and students in past years, a trio of local elementary schools is collaborating to bring Davis back to the area for a community event.

Davis has been growing in popularity year after year as more people become aware of his speaking engagements focusing on social media an online safety (particularly for kids, but for adults too).

His upcoming event focusing on social media, human trafficking, cyber bullying, cyber security and other topics related to technology is being presented by Pine Glen, Irwin Memorial, and Spruce Glen Public Schools.
