Muskoka League results and upcoming schedule plus my NBA Fantasy Pool results

Week 4 of the Muskoka Basketball League in in the books and there were some strong performances from the winning teams this week.

At Huntsville High School, the Boone Plumbing Ballers were on point at both ends of the court, taking a 82-67 win over Family Place Restaurant and Pizza, while Clear Lake Brewing Company also put in a solid two-way effort in a 78-59 win over the the Bracebridge Medical Centre Thunder 78-59.

Down the highway a wee bit at Gravenhurst High School, it was all about the defence as a pair of games finished with the exact same score – 56-39. Raptors 705 Unity Group Financial topped Fike Masonry and the Rosseau Lake College Timberwolves took down the Huntsville Hurricanes.

Up next on Monday, November 13, Gravenhurst High School will host the Raptors 705 Unity Group Financial against the Bracebridge Medical Centre Thunder at 8;05 p.m. followed by Fike Masonry against the Huntsville Hurricanes at 9:10 p.m.

In Huntsville, Clear Lake Brewing Co. takes on Family Place Restaurant at 8:05 p.m. followed by the Boone Plumbing Ballers facing the Rosseau Lake College Timberwolves tipping off at 9:10 p.m.

NBA FANTASY POOL UPDATE

Italian Mamba (my team) had a rough NBA Fantasy Pool Week 2 week with lots of man games lost to injury as I lost 6-3 to CRUNCH!

In the loss, my top performers were rookie Victor Wembanyama of the San Antonio Spurs, who was stellar across the board, as was the NBA’s 2023 rookie of the year Paolo Banchero.
