“Muskoka’s Best Event” back in full force for the community to enjoy
With Notes from Huntsville Festival of the Arts
Anyone paying attention to the hot air coming out of my mouth will know that for many, many years I’ve lauded Nuit Blanche North as the best community event in Huntsville and Muskoka.
The cool part is most people get pensive for a second and then reply with a variation of, “yes, yes it really is the best community event.”
As I noted in Things to Do in Muskoka This Summer, it’s a must-visit evening of wondrous creativity which will delight the senses.
Okay, okay, I know it seems like I’m the Huntsville Festival of the Arts’ press secretary when I write those words, but ask anyone else who has attended over the years and they’ll agree in that statement’s accuracy.
The very best part about the event, which takes place on the evening of Saturday, July 22, is that it’s free for all and offers plenty of family friendly entertainment.
This is the 11th year Nuit Blanche North has taken place and thanks to support from sponsors like TD Bank, as well as support from arts grants and volunteers, plus all the time and effort HFA executive director Dan Watson puts in, the signature event doesn’t disappoint.
